• The Ministry of Education and Sports commended the SIMAMENI Project during the National Close-Out Meeting, recognizing its contribution to advancing gender-responsive education and child protection efforts.

• UNATU trained teachers in Buyende Stop Child Labour Project schools on Action Research to strengthen school-based solutions addressing child labour and learner retention.

• UNATU launched an additional project targeting child labour in Moroto and Nakapiripirit, expanding its advocacy and community intervention efforts.
