UNATU is avery big Union that’s ever trusted by all the teachers in all their government institutions so, I as Rashid Obyara Kole district recommend the move to resolve the issue of salary decriminalization in the nation where the most important move if education cycle begin more in primary schools that teachers are getting only Ugx.447000 amidst all challenges where you work for the all day not even leaving school for other business ,loans, children’s school fees, feeding, sickness ,all family administration and teacher’s own upgrade in education. It’s really so embarrassing to be aprimary teacher regret after tears flowing from teacher’s eyes for so long. Oh God ! May you open your eyes to see your teachers in tears and do something for betterment of the teachers and see this nation too oh God, view the government and do some amendment possibly know and get the one who can think about teachers too oh Lord. It’s a good step but consistency should be there inorder to yield otherwise if intimidation occurs and you request us to go back to class without known harvest will be very unfortunate to the teaching fraternity. Thank you
